San Francisco-based enterprise AI startup AuxoAI secured $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Silicon Valley VC firm NTTVC, backed by Japanese telecommunications company NTT, the company announced. The round also saw participation from Norwest Venture Partners, ServiceNow executives, and Charlesbank Capital Partners. Founded in 2023, AuxoAI plans to use the capital to grow its forward deployed engineers (FDE) team and enhance its AI delivery platform.

The funding round included industry executives such as George Still Jr of Norwest Venture Partners, Amit Zavery, ServiceNow’s chief product and operating officer, and Giacomo Santina, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners. AuxoAI’s cofounders Avaneesh Tripathi, Avinder Pal Singh, and Kabir Singh said the investment will help scale their model globally by combining human expertise, enterprise context, and engineering to deliver measurable AI outcomes. The startup’s proprietary Damia platform supports custom AI workflows by capturing institutional knowledge and offering a pre-built skill catalogue.

AuxoAI operates in the growing enterprise AI space, focusing on accelerating AI deployment through close collaboration between AI strategists, engineers, and client teams. Its Damia platform is positioned as an AI-native workbench for enterprise delivery and is recognized as a Google Gemini Enterprise Transformation partner and an AWS advanced technology partner. The startup’s approach addresses the increasing demand for tailored AI solutions that integrate deeply with enterprise operations, differentiating it from generic AI service providers.

AuxoAI’s latest funding round will enable it to deepen ecosystem partnerships and invest further in its AI-native delivery capabilities. The company’s focus on expanding its forward deployed engineer team aims to support enterprises in deploying AI solutions effectively. The $20.7 million Series A round was announced in October 2026, marking a key milestone in AuxoAI’s growth trajectory.
