Managed workspace provider Table Space is preparing to file draft papers for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) by early August, aiming to raise up to $350 million (around ₹3,353 crore) from the public issue, according to inc42.com. The IPO is expected to include a mix of fresh equity shares worth about ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale by existing shareholders.
The company has appointed Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, BofA Securities, and CLSA as the book-running lead managers for the IPO, inc42.com reported. Table Space raised $300 million in equity funding from global private equity firm Hillhouse Capital in 2022. Earlier this year, the startup approved a ₹200 crore private placement at an extraordinary general meeting and converted into a public entity in 2025, changing its name to Table Space Technologies Ltd from Table Space Technologies Pvt Ltd.
The planned IPO follows Table Space's board approval to raise ₹1,000 crore through fresh equity shares during the public issue, signaling its intent to expand its capital base. The move positions Table Space among other Indian startups tapping public markets to fuel growth, reflecting a broader trend of private equity-backed firms seeking liquidity and market visibility. The involvement of multiple prominent investment banks as lead managers underscores the scale and seriousness of the offering.
Table Space's IPO filing is expected in early August, marking a significant milestone for the company as it transitions from private to public ownership. The company has yet to comment officially on the IPO plans, stating it will communicate any material developments through appropriate channels, inc42.com noted.
