Managed office space provider Table Space reduced its net loss by 74% to ₹403.4 crore in FY26 from ₹1,554.1 crore the previous year, while its operating revenue grew 66% to ₹2,262.3 crore, according to inc42.com. The company filed draft papers with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO) aiming to raise up to ₹800 crore through fresh share issuance.
Founded in 2017 by Amit Banerji and Karan Chopra, Table Space is now led by co-CEOs Chopra and Kunal Mehra. The company offers customised workspaces, ready-to-move office suites, and workplace management services across nine Indian cities. Including other income of ₹254.3 crore, total income for FY26 stood at ₹2,516.6 crore. Normalised EBITDA more than doubled to ₹453.8 crore from ₹202.3 crore in FY25, reflecting improved operational efficiency.
Table Space’s financial performance highlights growth in the managed office space sector, which has seen increased demand for flexible workspaces. The company’s revenue growth and reduced losses position it alongside other Indian startups preparing for public listings. Its filing follows two years of IPO preparations and signals confidence in the commercial real estate market’s recovery and expansion.
The IPO draft filing with SEBI marks a key milestone for Table Space, with co-CEOs and investors planning to offload up to 6.55 crore shares. The company’s next major public disclosure will be the final prospectus, which will detail the offer size and pricing ahead of the listing.
