Desible.ai, a Bengaluru-based voice AI startup, raised ₹32 crore (approximately $3.7 million) in a seed funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Invention Engine, the company announced. Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai plans to use the capital to enhance its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen compliance infrastructure, expand go-to-market efforts, and accelerate product development in the BFSI sector.

The startup currently orchestrates over 25 agentic AI workflows across revenue, risk and compliance, collections, underwriting, service, and claims. Initially focused on voice AI as an entry point, Desible.ai is expanding its platform to include WhatsApp, SMS, and email channels. Its platform automates customer engagement, servicing, operations, and compliance workflows for banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies. Use cases include persistence and renewal management, collections, lead qualification, welcome calling, TeleMER, claims intimation, and cross-selling, according to inc42.com.

Desible.ai’s platform handles more than 10 million customer engagements monthly and is used or evaluated by over 40 BFSI institutions. The startup’s approach aims to build an outcome-driven agentic workflow orchestration platform beyond voice AI, addressing the BFSI sector’s growing demand for automation and compliance solutions. The funding round led by Prime Venture Partners underscores investor interest in AI applications tailored for financial services.

The company’s next steps include deepening its agentic AI capabilities and expanding its market reach within the BFSI ecosystem. This funding round marks a key milestone in Desible.ai’s growth trajectory as it scales its platform across multiple communication channels and BFSI use cases.
