The funding round also included participation from existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives. Kapture CX has grown its revenue fourfold since its Series A round in 2023, which raised $4 million, and is currently profitable. The startup has secured over $20 million in total funding to date. It serves more than 1,000 enterprise clients, including Bajaj Finance, Cashify, bigbasket, Unilever, Coca Cola, and Jockey, with over 90,000 active users across 18 countries.

Kapture CX operates with a team of over 350 employees and maintains offices in the US, Singapore, Indonesia, the UAE, and the Philippines. Its AI copilots assist companies in resolving consumer queries, supporting teams, and deriving analytics from user interactions. The fresh capital injection will support the startup’s goal of achieving fivefold revenue growth in the coming years, underscoring its ambition to strengthen its global footprint in the competitive AI-driven CRM market.
